• information from tools and services you choose to connect to PocketBoss;

Please do not provide special category or highly sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and your organisation has authorised you to do so.

We use personal information to provide, secure and improve PocketBoss. This includes operating workspaces, storing project details, connecting projects, people and tools, creating follow-ups, producing briefings, offering automation suggestions, responding to support requests, preventing misuse and complying with legal obligations.

Our lawful bases under UK data protection law may include performing a contract, pursuing our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, complying with a legal obligation, and consent where required.

PocketBoss uses artificial intelligence to organise and orchestrate information, understand working patterns and behaviours within the service, and provide more useful automation, follow-up and workflow suggestions.

AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before they are relied upon. We do not use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects unless we tell you, explain the safeguards available and have a lawful basis to do so.

We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own advertising. Where technology and infrastructure providers process information for us, they do so only to deliver the service, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We keep information within PocketBoss and do not disclose it externally for unrelated purposes.
